Join us at WiM West 2022
WiM West is a regional conference for manufacturing professionals who are navigating the way through their careers — whether it be in production, the C-Suite, or anywhere in between. This conference, produced by the Women in Manufacturing Association (WiM), offers attendees based in the western U.S. region:
- Unique and interactive opportunities, allowing participants to gain access to key industry content shared by regional thought leaders
- Opportunity to engage in professional and personal-based breakout tracks which include timely topics that attendees can take back to their work and home life
- Get a step ahead by participating in an optional and complimentary one-on-one career coaching session (scheduled in advance and by appointment only)
- Develop meaningful connections with peers in the western states, including Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, Nevada, and more!
WiM West will be held in Seattle, WA (virtual participation options also available) on March 7 - 8, 2022. We hope you will join us!
Health and Safety at WiM West
The Women in Manufacturing Association's (WiM) WiM West Conference that will be held March 7 - 8, 2022, in Seattle, WA, will be requiring all attendees to show proof of their COVID-19 vaccination status or proof of a recent negative COVID-19 test upon entry. WiM will also require attendees to answer daily health screening questions designed to quickly identify potential COVID-19 symptoms.
WiM believes that these public health safety requirements are the best policy to ensure the safety of our WiM West attendees and partners. We are adopting this policy after reviewing the demonstrated success of many events that require vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test upon entry and noting that COVID-19 variations have escalated transmission of the virus.
WiM will utilize the Clear Health Pass for management of the COVID-19 screening process and will not collect or retain any health information of its attendees directly. WiM will communicate additional information regarding the logistics of the proof of vaccine and/or negative COVID-19 test in mid-February.
