A program specially designed for early career manufacturers, the COS includes a monthly virtual meetup with a facilitated discussion topic, as well as a private peer LinkedIn group where you can continue the conversation, share stories, and ask for/offer advice. Through dialogue, personal reflection, and a peer network, your COS will help you through the joys, triumphs, trials and tribulations of your early career.
