Purpose

Hello and welcome to the WiM Colorado Community of Support (COS) where seasoned professionals will help you navigate the unexpected challenges and questions that you may find as you start out in your career. The 9-month program will include a monthly virtual meetup with a facilitated discussion topic, as well as a private peer LinkedIn group where you can continue the conversation, share stories, and ask for/offer advice.  Through dialogue, personal reflection, and a peer network, your COS will help you through the joys, triumphs, trials and tribulations of your early career. Whether in Colorado or across the nation -  Join Us!

This program is for college seniors and manufacturing professionals with less than 5 years of career experience. The program is free for WiM members and $5.00 per session for non-members.

Please join Sarena Lin and Kaye DeLange in conversation as they discuss their journey of finding and elevating their voices in the workplace.  Sarena is an inspirational global C-suite level executive and non-executive board member with over 20 years of experience in the life sciences and technology sectors, with a proven track record of driving transformational growth across global markets, leading successful commercial, organizational, and people transformation programs.  Kaye is a retired Vice President from Cargill, with over 31 years in manufacturing and supply chain leadership. 

Both are passionate about accelerating talent development and believe that finding the inner voice and developing the confidence to be heard is a critical skill for any aspiring leader.
