How has being part of WiM Chapters impacted your career or personal growth?
Being part of the Florida WiM Chapter has had a meaningful impact on both my career and personal growth. Through the chapter, I’ve had the opportunity to connect with professionals across different roles and levels of experience, which has broadened my perspective and expanded my network. These connections have not only opened doors to new opportunities but have also provided mentorship and guidance that I deeply value.
On a personal level, being involved has strengthened my confidence and leadership skills. Whether through participating in events, collaborating on initiatives, or engaging in discussions, I’ve developed a stronger voice and a greater sense of belonging within the organization. The supportive community has encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone, take on new challenges, and continue striving for growth.

What has been your favorite WiM Chapter event?
Our very first meeting/event. The initial WiM Florida meeting brought together board members from across the state to collaborate and develop a strategic plan to turn the Florida chapter into a reality. This gathering marked the kickoff of a new beginning and laid the foundation for a path that others can now follow.
