Join WiM Alabama as we look at what is involved with a situation when opinions differ, emotions run strong and the outcomes matter. How to talk things out in the right climate and how the interactions flow is a key to teamwork and collaboration. Techniques used include balancing your focus, stating your side of the situation, purposing mutual goals and trust, inviting the other person to feel comfortable and safe to tell their side of the story, and how to create action based on these proven techniques.
