This VIP event will feature a guided tour of the facility where tea is stored, blended, and packaged, as well as an interactive sensory tasting of select teas. Please Note:

A waiver signature is required to participate in the tour. You will receive an email with a copy of the waiver to sign before the event. Please remember to review and bring a signed copy with you.
You will be issued a hairnet and beard net (if applicable) to wear on the tour. No jewelry and only small bags will be permitted in the factory. As with any factory tour, please wear flat, slip resistant shoes.
No photography or video recording is allowed during the tour.
