About Kathleen Donaldson

Kathleen Donaldson is a mental health educator, co-author of the Trusted Adult Program, and a longtime advocate for bringing practical mental health skills into workplaces. With a background in counseling, trauma-informed care, wellness coaching, and current studies in sociology, her work is grounded in understanding how systems, culture, and working conditions shape individual and collective wellbeing.

Kathleen is especially passionate about supporting women in high-demand, male-dominated industries, where stress, pressure, and burnout often go unspoken. Through her trainings, she equips adults with practical tools to manage stress, support one another, and build safer, more connected workplace cultures. Her goal is to make mental health skills as normal and essential as physical safety, so people can do their jobs well without sacrificing their wellbeing.

We can't wait to see you there!
