About our Speaker:

Jessica Yancey is a Life & Transitions Coach specializing in helping quiet, high-achieving women bridge the gap between average and extraordinary. She is passionate about empowering women to live with less stress and more fulfillment. With her relatable insights and practical strategies, Jessica inspires women to break free from self-imposed limitations and embrace their true potential.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Jessica was a former Fortune 500 Senior Leader and consultant. She held roles in Supply Chain, Operations, and IT, supporting companies in Aerospace & Defense, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Industrial industries. She earned her MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and is ASCM Certified in Production & Inventory Management. She's also a Certified Professional Coach, COR.E Transitions Dynamics Specialist, and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner.
