Join Southeast Michigan chapter members for an evening of networking and critical discussion around the topics of general communication and coaching in the workplace. Every person has been influenced by coaching, whether they have been the recipient of it or the coach themselves, making it a vital skill set for any professional to hone over the course of their career. Career Growth Associates expert Dixie Grow will walk attendees through the critical communication skills required to coach, introduce them to the GROW coaching process and how to utilize it, and understand the most common mistakes to avoid. This event will be complemented by time for audience discussion, question and answer, and time for attendee mingling with food and wine.
