Knowledge is power! Join us in this morning presentation where Lesley Vizurraga will expand on how to be intentional about developing personally and utilizing facts and data to do so. Regardless of affiliated industry or current position, we all have the potential and capability to earn a seat at the table. What are we doing for ourselves to get there? We will discuss the importance of metrics and when/how to use them to your advantage. Participants will walk away with 5 key takeaways to position themselves as thought leaders.

Meet Lesley Vizurraga
Lesley Vizurraga is a Business Development leader with 10+ years of experience in sales. She joined Fleet Team over 2 years ago and has leveraged the power of personal development in her organization. Prior to joining Fleet Team, Lesley worked for UniFirst where she was rookie rep of the year, 3 times sales rep of the quarter, 2 times outside sales rep of the year, and number 3 in the Region. She equates her determination and can-do attitude to her experience in college athletics on the swimming and diving team at Eastern Michigan University. Lesley loves being involved around Cleveland and is on the Engage! Cleveland Leadership Council, the Hunger Network Young Professionals Advisory Board, and she leads an internal Women and Allies Community in her Organization. Her main passions include being outside in nature and connecting people together to create harmony. Lesley resides in Kamms Corners with her 3 fur babies Ralph, Remi and Booboo (who is 18!).
