Join Women in Manufacturing Iowa for an in person event at Pella celebrating 100 Years of Making Life Brighter. This event will bring together women from across the state for connection, learning, and an inside look at Pella’s manufacturing legacy. The afternoon will include lunch and networking, a brief look at Pella’s 100 year history, a guided facility experience, and a panel discussion featuring women leaders from across Pella representing a wide range of functions and career paths. This event is designed to inspire conversation, share perspectives, and highlight the impact of women in manufacturing—past, present, and future.
