I enjoy developing long term relationships with business owners and leaders to create a robust organizational culture to improve outcomes and support business objectives. My role is to continuously assess evolving risk, remove potential root causes and develop proactive sustainable strategies which prevent injury, lost productivity and potential business disruption.
