Kate Kohler, President of Staub & Associates and a certified Sandler Trainer, led a discussion on I/R Theory (Identity versus your Role).
Our Self-Worth should never be based on the roles we have in life or how we perform them. Society has taught us that we should only feel good about ourselves when we are winning in life. We will discuss how and why winners choose to behave or think differently, what it takes to overcome adversity and how to address difficult situations logically versus emotionally.
