Paula Shoup is a seasoned consultant and coach with over 20 years of experience in operational and executive roles across Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and global matrixed organizations. Her experience includes manufacturing operations and supply chain leadership roles at Honeywell Aerospace and Medtronic (medical implantable technology) and leading an executive leadership development program at Charles Schwab. She holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine University and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. Her expertise includes leadership development, strategic planning, and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
