Molly Varangkounh is a business advisor, executive coach, and former manufacturing president with more than 20 years of experience leading a third-generation family manufacturing business. During eight years as President, she led the company through growth, operational improvement, leadership development, and significant organizational change. Throughout her career, she has also served as a mentor and guide to women and emerging leaders as they stepped into greater responsibility.

Today, through Molly V Consulting, she works with business owners and senior leaders to strengthen leadership teams, improve financial clarity, navigate transition, and make confident decisions about the future of their businesses. Her work connects the people, operational, and financial sides of business performance, helping leaders understand how decisions in one area affect the others.

Molly brings the perspective of someone who has spent years in the top seat and understands both the responsibility and complexity that come with leading a business. She holds a CPA background and is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and Certified Family Business Advisor (CFBA).
