Michaela Jasna

I am the managing director of a small family-owned company that offers precision machining of components made from various types of materials. I started working in this industry in 2022. I am responsible for employees, from recruitment to documentation, workplace OHS (occupational health and safety), communication with customers, as well as company promotion and negotiating new contracts.
I would like to offer our services as a subcontractor to customers abroad. By joining this community, I hope to connect with new women in the manufacturing industry and share experiences.
