Layci is the Founder of Transcend Leadership Collective, where she coaches leaders and executives to higher levels of clarity and self-awareness through practical frameworks and engaging, results-driven training. With a background in social work and over a decade of experience across industries—from agriculture to nonprofits—she’s trained thousands and facilitated strategic planning for organizations statewide. Outside of work, she embraces the beautiful chaos of family life in Yakima, Washington, where she’s proudly known as the loudest (and most musical) house on the block.
