Kristina Harrington

Kris Harrington is the Chief Executive Officer of GenAlpha Technologies, a technology company that enables original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to sell and service their equipment and parts online. As an advocate of manufacturing, she is a recognized thought leader in the B2B manufacturing digital transformation space, sharing her knowledge and experience through multimedia platforms including blogs, webinars, and podcasts.

Prior to joining GenAlpha, Kris worked in leadership roles in sales and aftermarket with Enerpac, Caterpillar and Bucyrus International. Her career has spanned positions in the home office as well as regional assignments in Canada, Brazil, and Peru. Her responsibilities included working with internal stakeholders, dealers, and customers to deliver business results in aftermarket and original equipment sales. Her last assignment with Caterpillar covered business development activities in 18 countries with 16 dealers.
