Professional Bio

As a first-generation immigrant from China, I’ve built my life and career around resilience, strategic thinking, and meaningful connection. After graduating from Boston College, completing MBA studies at CEIBS in Beijing, and earning my EMBA from MIT, I launched 889 Global Solutions in 2000 with a vision to help U.S. manufacturers access high-quality, cost-effective sourcing solutions in Asia. Over the past 26 years, we've expanded our footprint across China, India, and the Philippines, helping OEM clients solve complex global sourcing challenges while maintaining strict quality and delivery standards.

I lead 889 with both entrepreneurial grit and faith-driven purpose. My Christian faith is central to how I approach business and life, and I actively support organizations that align with those values, including Dwell Community Church and the Glaucoma Foundation. I’m also passionate about mentoring emerging leaders—particularly through my involvement with YPO, YNG, EO, and international students at The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of engaging in high-level conversations on international trade—including a dialogue with President George W. Bush—and I’ve been honored to receive recognition from Columbus Business First’s Forty Under 40, Women for Economic and Leadership Development (WELD), and most recently, Smart Business Magazine’s 50 Under 50.

Whether it’s navigating global supply chains, supporting the next generation of leaders, or serving my community through faith, I remain committed to building businesses—and lives—with long-term vision and impact.
