I’m a Property & Casualty Risk Advisor specializing in manufacturing, helping organizations identify, mitigate, and finance risk so they can protect their people, operations, and long-term growth.

My path into the insurance industry wasn’t a traditional one. Before becoming a risk advisor, I built my career working closely with manufacturers in the industrial distribution space, helping companies optimize their hardware, fastener, MRO, and supply chain programs. Those experiences gave me a firsthand understanding of the challenges manufacturers face every day—from workforce safety and operational efficiency to supply chain disruptions and business continuity.

Today, I bring that manufacturing background into every client conversation. Rather than viewing insurance as a standalone product, I focus on helping manufacturers use risk management as a strategic tool to strengthen their businesses. My experience working alongside plant managers, operations leaders, safety professionals, and executive teams allows me to understand their priorities and speak their language.

As a woman in industries that have traditionally been male-dominated, I’m passionate about supporting and advocating for women in manufacturing. I believe that diverse perspectives, continuous learning, and strong relationships are essential to driving innovation and building resilient organizations.
