Hi, I’m Courtney, founder of Steele Talent Solutions and a recruiter who still genuinely loves this work after thirteen years in the trenches. I’ve spent my career helping growing companies hire people who actually move the needle, and nothing fires me up more than seeing a great person land in the right role.

I’ve supported everything from global organizations to scrappy SMBs to private-equity-backed teams that need speed and precision. I’ve hired across Aerospace, Defense, CPG, Industrial, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Supply Chain. Titles have ranged from C-Suite and executive leadership to middle management, supervisors, and early-career talent. If a role sits in HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Business Development, or anywhere close to those areas, I’ve probably filled it.

I’m a Florida native and proud Florida State grad who brings a mix of strategy, transparency, and a genuinely personal approach to every search. Whether I’m leading an executive placement or supporting a company through fractional recruiting, I focus on efficiency and making hiring feel manageable again.

Outside of work, you can usually find me on the golf course hoping for a bogey (dream big), hanging out with my husband Mike and our dog Charlotte, or cheering on the Seminoles. Charlotte has been home since 2016, and I love exploring new spots around the city and road-tripping through North Carolina.
