Amber Campbell

I’m a Buyer with over 10 years of management experience across manufacturing, logistics, and operations. I currently work in a defense and space manufacturing environment, supporting procurement, inventory coordination, supplier relationships, and cross-functional teams. I’ve worked my way up through hands-on roles, gaining a strong understanding of how operations really function from the floor up.

My background includes outbound logistics and training development at Amazon as a Process Guide and Training Ambassador, along with progressive leadership roles in telecommunications and retail management. I’m finishing my Associate’s degree with a focus on logistics and supply chain management and actively pursuing MSSC and CLA certifications.

As a member of Women in Manufacturing, I’m passionate about continuous improvement, collaboration, and helping create space for more women to grow and lead in manufacturing..
