On October 5, you will participate in a Management Development Program orientation as well as a pre-game session with the Bolder Company to get introduced to your cohort members and get an introduction to the Management Development Program.

On October 12 and November 2, you will participate in two workshops designed to help you understand yourself and others through the lens of personality. Unlock the personal perspectives, motivations, and preferences that make you who and how you are. Then turn the lens outwards to learn how to understand and manage others. This brief introduction to the language of DiSC will include conversations, a personalized report, and fun with your new friends in the MDP program.
