Join WiM Western PA for a virtual wine tasting event led by Kanika Rautji, The Indian Somm. She is a Biomedical engineer by day and wine educator by night who is committed to nurturing a spirit of exploration while assisting wine enthusiasts in unearthing the captivating tales within every bottle.
Please Note:
Participants are to purchase their own wine and snacks from a list provided by Kanika before the event. The food and beverage list will be sent out after registration.

About Kanika Rautji
Coming from a modest household in India, wine was not easily accessible. This allowed me to empathize with the perceived intimidation surrounding wine, inspiring me to make it more approachable and enjoyable for all.
With a diverse culinary background shaped by experiences across India and around the world, it is my hope to redefine the narrative around wine and food pairings, cultivating inclusivity.
As a certified wine professional with over 3 years of experience, I have explored 10+ wine regions worldwide, expanding my knowledge of terroir, viticulture, and winemaking. Currently, I am in my final year of the rigorous dipWSET (Diploma, Wine &Spirit Education Trust, London) program.
