4:45 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. | Arrive at BrewERIE to check in and sign waiver
5:00 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. | Head underground for the tunnels tour
6:15 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. | Sampling/networking session
