Have you ever walked into a room and thought, “I don’t belong here?”
Or achieved something significant and still wondered if you were really qualified?
Imposter syndrome is more common than most people realize, especially among high-achieving women.
In this engaging workshop based on her book Overcoming Imposter Syndrome, Beth Caldwell shares why self-doubt shows up and how it can quietly influence confidence, leadership, and career growth. Participants will learn six practical strategies to rewire imposter thinking, build stronger habits, and replace self-doubt with confidence.

When women step fully into their strengths, the impact extends beyond the individual. It strengthens teams, workplaces, and entire organizations. All career levels are encouraged to attend. Men are welcome.
Beth Caldwell is the author of 16 books, including Overcoming Imposter Syndrome. She is best known here in her hometown as the founder of Pittsburgh Professional Women. Beth lives and works in Pittsburgh’s West End, where she spends her days creating spaces for women to connect, grow, and lead with confidence.

We can't wait to see you there!
