What helps us respond with intention rather than habit? Research in positive psychology suggests that understanding and leveraging our character strengths can enhance well-being, relationships, and effectiveness. Yet many of us move through our days on autopilot, unaware of the strengths and patterns shaping our responses.

In this interactive session, participants will explore character strengths, mindfulness, and self-awareness as pathways to more intentional action. Through reflection, discussion, and practical application, participants will gain practical strategies for responding to challenges and opportunities with greater awareness, intention, and effectiveness.

Learning Objectives:
->Identify their core character strengths.
->Recognize how negativity bias and automatic patterns shape their responses.
->Use mindfulness to create greater awareness and intentional choice.
->Recognize when strengths may be underused or overused.
->Apply strengths more intentionally in work and life
