In  corporate America and around the world, Karin works with businesses to elevate and re-think workplace dynamics. Compassion, culture, productivity, and profit need not be exclusive of one another in corporate America and throughout the global market.

Karin is a best-selling author, and founder of G-Power Global Enterprises. She was one of the first women in North America to be hired by a major integrated steel mill for an outside sales position. Her journey began at Jones & Laughlin Steel in Pittsburgh, PA. Lund was later recruited by Co-Steel, a Canadian steel company, who was expanding into the US market. This expansion led to the company building a cutting-edge wire rod mill and electric furnace melt shop in NJ.

Lund has created a comprehensive STEM/STEAM program for 8-12th grade girls called STEAM Rising-Tech & Trades-Build, Think, Lead to help young women recognize the career opportunities that are available in manufacturing and steel.
