This interactive, instructor-led workshop is designed for women in manufacturing at all career stages who want to strengthen their emotional intelligence and leadership presence. Participants will explore how emotions influence communication, decision-making, and resilience, identify personal strengths and triggers, and engage in guided reflection and discussion around real workplace scenarios. Attendees will leave with practical tools to build confidence, strengthen relationships, and lead with greater clarity and impact - on the floor, in meetings, and throughout their careers.
