The theme of the panel is “The State of Manufacturing” we will explore the challenges women face in a male-dominated workplace, where we think the manufacturing industry might be headed, and talk about some strategies we might have to bridge gaps in different areas of our businesses in supply chain, labor/talent, inflation/recession, technology, industry 4.0.
