Design and Manufacturing Engineering form the foundation upon which companies thrive. Design engineers concentrate on product design, while manufacturing engineers center their attention on refining manufacturing processes to bring the design to life. Crafting a product or service that effectively addresses a customer's needs holds paramount importance for every business and one that requires collaboration across different engineering disciplines to accomplish.

Experience an exclusive opportunity with the WiM Washington Chapter as we embark on a private tour of Starfish. This pioneering company is responsible for creating Otter Pup, a groundbreaking satellite that achieves docking through electric propulsion. Gain insights from a panel of accomplished engineers from diverse engineering backgrounds, as they share their experiences, career journeys, and invaluable lessons learned in the realm of engineering.

Please Note: Registration will only be open to manufacturing registrants, until one week before the event. This event is open to service providers, however we are committed to maintaining a manufacturer to service provider ratio of 3-1. Service providers may be placed on a waitlist and will be able to register after Oct 11, 2023.

We can't wait to see you there!
