Hear first hand from a panel of individuals immersed in customer service within their daily job roles while they share their unique experiences, career paths, and invaluable lessons learned in the dynamic realm of customer service. Then embark on an immersive tour as we explore the intricacies of Boeing's Interior Responsibility Center (IRC), where the production of interior components for the Boeing 787 takes place. This firsthand experience will showcase how Boeing aligns its manufacturing processes with customer needs.

This is an opportunity to gain insights, broaden your perspective, and connect with professionals who navigate the intersection of customer service and manufacturing on a daily basis.

Please Note: Registration will only be open to manufacturing registrants, until one week before the event. This event is open to service providers, however we are committed to maintaining a manufacturer to service provider ratio of 3-1. Service providers will be able to register on Feb 21, 2024 with a Service Provider ticket or may be placed on a waitlist.
