You’ll walk away with practical strategies to handle gossip without getting caught in it so you can lead yourself and your fellow teammates with confidence, reduce drama, and keep you all focused on what actually matters.

With a background in social work and over a decade of experience across industries—from agriculture to nonprofits—she’s trained thousands and facilitated strategic planning for organizations statewide. Outside of work, she embraces the beautiful chaos of family life in Yakima, Washington, where she’s proudly known as the loudest (and most musical) house on the block.
