Attendees will get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at Staccato's state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, where precision engineering, advanced machining, and skilled craftsmanship come together to produce world-class products. The experience includes a guided factory tour, opportunities to meet the talented professionals behind the manufacturing process, and discussions on quality, innovation, and careers in advanced manufacturing.

Following the tour, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in an optional shooting experience at Staccato Ranch, where they can safely test a variety of Staccato firearms under the guidance of experienced instructors. Whether you're an experienced shooter or trying it for the first time, this unique hands-on experience offers a chance to better understand the performance, craftsmanship, and innovation behind Staccato's products. The event also provides valuable networking opportunities with fellow Women in Manufacturing members and industry professionals. Shooting experience cost is included in registration fee.
