Join Women in Manufacturing as we volunteer with Wreaths Across America to honor our nation's heroes. Our team will help with unloading & organizing boxes of wreaths in preparation for the wreath-laying ceremony the following day. Through this effort we proudly support Wreath Across America's mission to remember our fallen veterans, honor those who serve, and teach the value of freedom.
The event is part of the Houston Chapter of Wreath Across America, "Our mission is to Remember, Honor and Teach as we place a wreath upon the gravesites at the Houston National Cemetery."

Please Note:
Arrive at 8am for a morning of unloading the boxed wreaths and stage them at each section. This is prep work for the Placement Ceremony that takes place the following day. We will not be placing wreaths on this day.
Dress comfortably, bring gloves and be ready to volunteer rain or shine. There will be walking and standing for periods of time. If moving boxes is difficult for you, counters will be needed.
**Please note that we will start at 8am, the event is set to end at 2pm, however we are likely to end earlier. If you need to leave early, you can. Just inform Mayra Rodriguez, in advance.**
