Date: Thursday, October 8, 2020

Time: 5 - 6 PM CT

Where: Zoom

When creating and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace, it is important that allies take actions to generate and support this culture.  It is critical to the sustainability of this culture that allies take responsibility for making these changes that will help others be successful.  The Texas chapter of Women in Manufacturing (WiM Texas) and the Process Improvement (PI) Special Interest Group (SIG) of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) present to you a panel discussion with industry professionals to discuss what it means to be an ally and how each and everyone of us can play a part in creating a diverse and inclusive culture where we feel supported.

Anastasia Kraft of Xena Workwear for Women, Michael Gielink of Mattel, Diamond Williams of ZaDor Consulting LLC, and Stephanie Ileka of Avocet Polymer Technologies will sit down for a virtual panel discussion to answer member provided questions focused on what being an ally means to them and how they propagate this culture through out their organizations and networks.  They will openly share their experience in the manufacturing community as it relates to developing a sustainable ally network to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.

We can't wait to see you there!
