Join us for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at one of Tennessee's most innovative manufacturing facilities. This half-day experience includes a guided facility tour, a solar panel field visit, and an intimate panel discussion and lunch with three of Shoals' top women in operations leadership.

Panel Bios:
o Kirsten Moen, Chief Operating Officer: Kirsten joined Shoals in 2024 to oversee global manufacturing, supply chain, and quality. With previous leadership roles at Eaton and Stanley Black & Decker, she is a specialist in lean manufacturing and operational excellence, dedicated to scaling production for the energy sector.
o Jackie Flynn, Vice President of Sourcing & Operations: Jackie leads the global procurement strategy at Shoals. She is instrumental in navigating supply chain complexities and building the resilient vendor partnerships necessary to keep us stocked with high-quality components for our patented technology.
o Susan Ehret, Director of Quality: Susan is responsible for the rigorous testing and assurance protocols that define Shoals' reliability. With a focus on precision engineering and process optimization, she ensures every solution leaving the factory floor meets the highest standards for utility-scale performance.
