Please Note:

What do I need to know?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour start time, and bring photo ID for all guests above 18 years of age (for example: driver’s license, passport, residency card). Please ensure that the guest information submitted during sign-up matches the guest ID.

Upon entering the building, please let the security guard know that you are visiting for an Amazon Fulfillment Center tour. Amazon team members will be in the lobby with visitor badges ready to greet you upon your arrival.
For your safety and security, please wear closed-toe, closed-heel, sturdy shoes (sneakers or work boots recommended).

Crocs, sandals, flip-flops, high heels, offensive clothing, and revealing attire are not permitted. We recommend long pants and clothing without loose or dangling parts.
Clothing or head coverings worn for religious reasons are permitted if they do not pose a safety risk. Long hair must be pulled at or above shoulder length. All visitors must wear an Amazon-issued breakaway lanyard with a badge during the tour.

Guests not meeting these requirements will not be able to join the tour.

Children under 6 years of age are not permitted. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult with a government-issued ID. For larger groups, we require at least 1 adult to every 10 minors. Minors must stay with their group, follow safety rules, and wear required attire. Accompanying adults are responsible for the behavior, safety, and supervision of minors at all times during the tour.

Guests may bring their keys, wallet, and transparent plastic water bottles on the tour. Safety around machinery is extremely important at Amazon, so we don’t allow the following:
Luggage, briefcases, handbags or backpacks, Cell phones, cameras, or recording devices, food, weapons.

You may walk up and down at least one flight of stairs and walk approximately one mile.
