Attendees will network and tour the facility to see how Clayton Homes are made in Rutledge, TN!
Clayton Homes of Rutledge is located in East Tennessee and has been a staple to the Grainger County community for over 40 years. Prior to being bought by Clayton in 1984 this facility operated as a travel trailer builder for 10 years under the name Gigi’s. Over the course of our 40 years product has changed a lot. What used to be commonly referred to as “trailers” has become what we call a manufactured home that is built with the same integrity if not better than a site built home. Our homes are built with 2x4’s, feature 9 ft. ceilings, full sheetrock inside, full size appliances, argon gas windows, Ecobee thermostats, and more. Clayton Homes of Rutledge builds the Avondale Series, the Cumberland Collection, Ranger Series, and a national brand called Tempo. We employee over 260 TM’s and can produce up to 24 homes a week at our max run rate.

Please Note:
Parking close to the office is very limited. Attendees are welcome to park alongside our office in visitor parking or in our main parking via our East side entrance.
*DRESS WARM* The production area is quite cool this time of year.
PPE: steel toe shoes are required - or closed toed toes and caps will be provided.
-Safety glasses/ OTG glasses, earplugs, and a hardhat will be provided.
Note: photos are only allowed in certain areas. Do not photograph team members while on tours.
Once on site, come in through the front office to be buzzed in and sign the visitor log.
