Plant Tour & Networking Event
Join us for an immersive experience at the Ashland City plant, featuring a behind-the-scenes look at manufacturing operations and opportunities to connect with fellow Women in Manufacturing members. We’ll begin with a 9:15 AM meet and greet, followed by a guided plant tour from 9:30–11:00 AM, offering insight into plant operations, processes, and day-to-day manufacturing flow.

From 11:00 AM–12:00 PM, attendees will participate in a brief presentation about A. O. Smith, along with an introduction to Women in Manufacturing (WIM)—highlighting the organization’s mission, benefits, and ways to get involved.

A valuable opportunity to learn from industry leaders, gain practical insights into manufacturing, and build meaningful professional connections.
