Join us for an inspiring morning featuring a Leadership Panel, a plant tour, and engaging conversations!

Today, we honor the millions of trailblazing women who stepped into industrial and manufacturing jobs during World War II, symbolized by the iconic “We Can Do It!” figure that represented strength, patriotism, and women’s expanding role in the workforce.

The day will begin at 8:30 AM with a warm welcome, opening remarks, and essential safety announcements. To follow, our Ford Women in Leadership Panel will take the stage, offering powerful insights and personal stories. Next, we will break into groups for a Plant Tour and Historical Video, giving attendees a firsthand look at our operations and the legacy that has shaped our journey.
We’ll wrap up the event with closing statements around 11:30 AM, providing final reflections and key takeaways to carry forward.
