Manufacturing Technology Innovation & Risk is an immersive, on-site experience hosted at LIFT, a public‑private partnership dedicated to advancing manufacturing through technology and talent development. The event will begin with a networking breakfast, giving attendees time to connect with peers and industry leaders, followed by a moderated panel discussion focused on emerging technology and talent-related risks facing manufacturers today. Attendees will hear real-world perspectives on innovation, workforce challenges, and risk considerations, then gain insight into LIFT’s mission, capabilities, and role in supporting manufacturers through a brief presentation from LIFT leadership. The experience will conclude with a guided tour of the LIFT facility, offering a firsthand look at advanced manufacturing technologies and applied use cases in action. Attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of emerging risks and opportunities in manufacturing, practical insights they can apply within their organizations, and new connections with peers navigating similar challenges.

LIFT (Lightweight Innovations for Tomorrow) is a public‑private partnership focused on advancing U.S. manufacturing through applied technology innovation and workforce development. LIFT brings together manufacturers, government, academia, and entrepreneurs to accelerate the adoption of emerging manufacturing technologies while building a skilled, future‑ready talent pipeline, helping strengthen competitiveness and reduce risk across the manufacturing ecosystem.
