Attendees will learn about the history of Ventura as well as the variety of products that we produce. Ventura produces most premade sauces for American chain restaurants, with our location producing a variety of mayo and salad dressings. There will be a plant tour and will speak on cross country distribution as well as food safety. Following the plant tour, lunch will be provided.
