Get an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience at Sigma Design, a leading product development, engineering, and manufacturing firm based in Camas, Washington.

The morning will feature a presentation from Sigma Design President & CEO, Lindsey Dotson, who will share her career journey, lessons learned leading in a traditionally male-dominated industry, and insights into building a successful career in manufacturing. Attendees will also gain a deeper understanding of Sigma Design's role in the aerospace and defense sectors, hear perspectives on where the industry is headed, learn how the company maintains ITAR compliance while supporting innovative products, and explore the importance of strong processes in engineering and manufacturing. Lindsey will also discuss the types of supplier and vendor partnerships Sigma Design is actively seeking.
