Fuel Your Performance: Energy Strategies for Women

About Nicole Johnson


Nicole Johnson is a performance coach and the founder of NJ Health & Fitness,
where she helps high-performing professionals optimize their energy, fitness, and
focus without sacrificing their demanding careers.

Nicole holds a B.S. in Health Sciences (Summa Cum Laude), is a Certified Strength
and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning
Association, and is a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer. She also works as
a Senior Health Promotion Specialist, designing and managing enterprise wellness
programming for thousands of employees—giving her firsthand insight into what
actually works for busy professionals juggling high-stakes roles.
Her approach focuses on practical, sustainable systems—not wellness fluff. Nicole
understands that women in demanding industries don't have time for complicated
