Calling all Women in Manufacturing members, families, and allies! Did you know that fathers and male mentors are among the most powerful influencers in inspiring young women to pursue careers in STEM and manufacturing?

That’s why for this special event, WiM is heading to MAGNET’s headquarters in Cleveland, and we are opening the doors to the whole crew. We highly encourage our members to invite their kids, partners, and male allies to join us for a hands-on, high-tech afternoon.

This interactive experience is designed to show the next generation, especially our daughters, just how cool, creative, and rewarding a career in modern manufacturing can be. Bring your kids along for an after-school adventure, or invite your partners and allies to explore the future of making things together!

MAGNET is a non-profit that supports manufacturing as an industry in northeast Ohio. We help companies run their businesses better and people find careers at companies. We also help grow manufacturing career awareness for northeast Ohio youth to build a pipeline of workers for our community.

🍪 The Cookie Cutter Assembly Line: Team up to run a real-life assembly line! We’ll be crafting custom, Ohio-shaped cookie cutters for everyone to take home.

🛝 STEM Playground: Let the kids burn off some energy on MAGNET’s awesome, tech-themed STEM playground.
