Attendees will participate in an interactive and informative Lunch & Learn designed to introduce Women in Manufacturing (WiM) and the Ohio Chapter, while highlighting the many ways individuals can engage, grow, and contribute within the organization.
The event will begin with an overview of Women in Manufacturing’s mission, history, and impact—both nationally and locally—focusing on how WiM supports, promotes, and inspires women (and allies) across all roles in the manufacturing industry. Participants will learn how WiM chapters operate, the role of the Ohio Chapter, and how local programming brings WiM’s mission to life at a community level.
Attendees will be guided through the full value of WiM membership, including professional development opportunities, leadership growth, educational programming, benchmarking research, affinity groups, and access to both local and national events such as conferences and plant tours. The presentation will also highlight upcoming Ohio Chapter events and programs, giving attendees a clear picture of how they can immediately get involved.
