Ally Perdan, Associate Product Manager Digital Ink Solutions
Ally Perdan is the Associate Product Manager for the Ink Business at Avery Dennison. In her 7 year career with the company she’s been very active with Elevate, the Women’s ERG. She has served in various positions on the ERG Steering Team, and originated the role for Manufacturing Engagement Chairperson which she held for approximately 4 years. Ally resides northeast Ohio with her husky.
Lisa Burr, Director of Service Bureau Operations
Lisa Burr has almost 15 years of experience in Operations Management and CI roles across several industries. For the past 5 years, she has been a part of the Vestcom BU of Avery Dennison, currently as a Director of Operations. She was fortunate enough to join the Women’s ERG steerco in early 2024 in support of Manufacturing Engagement. Lisa resides in Central Ohio with her husband and three pets.
