Ohio’s manufacturing GDP ranks fifth in the US (Ohio Manufacturers Association, 2025). The globalization of manufacturing has exposed Ohio’s economy to heightened risks from geopolitical uncertainties and unforeseen supply chain disruptions. This session explores how advanced technologies are empowering organizations with supply chain visibility, enabling them to pivot from a reactive stance to a resilient one.

This event is designed for professionals who holds responsibility managing strategic supply chain risk and enhancing resilience as well as those looking to leverage this cross‑functional priority to build internal networks and co‑lead strategic initiatives.

This webinar offers valuable insights around:

1. How technology / AI aggregate significant amounts of data to help companies understand their exposure, and use that to make decisions about sourcing, supplier diversification, inventory management, and other risk mitigation strategies.

2. How supply chain visibility connects with insurance solutions:

Using parametric coverage tied to climate, seismic, or other measurable risks.
Coordinating across contingent business interruption (CBI), and applications to trade credit, and marine cargo, etc.
Helping companies structure programs that mirror their actual mapped exposures, rather than generic limits.
