In this 60-minute session, Accountability That Drives Results, participants will learn how to create clearer priorities, strengthen leadership consistency, and reduce the day-to-day issues that slow teams down.

The session focuses on practical tools leaders can use immediately to improve communication, increase follow-through, and build a consistent rhythm that keeps teams aligned.

Participants will leave with simple, actionable approaches to managing performance, setting expectations, and creating accountability that supports both their people and operational results.

About Michelle Wing, SHRM-CP

Michelle Wing, SHRM-CP is the founder of HR Premiere Consulting, where she helps growing small businesses build the leadership structure and accountability systems needed to support sustainable growth.

With a background in organizational management and a practical, business-focused approach to HR, Michelle works alongside owners and leadership teams to create clarity, strengthen management habits, and reduce the day-to-day challenges that slow teams down.
